Gentleman Starkey - Fan Art

I wanted to draw this character for a while now. I'm glad I finally got to draw him. He Gentleman Starkey from (Fox’s) Peter Pan and The Pirates. It is a cartoon show made in the early 90s. I watch the episodes online months ago and I love this character. He reminds me of Waluigi from Mario. I don’t expect anyone to know this character or this show since it was many years ago this show was on tv.
